  • 70 g caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar

  • The recipe is for an 8-inch tube pan.
  • If you do not have vinegar on hand, you can replace it with either 1/2 tsp lemon juice or 1/4 tsp cream of tartar instead.
