Classic Victoria Sponge Cake with cream and fresh strawberries
Victoria Sponge cake is possibly the baking classic. Fluffy and floaty light vanilla cake held down with whipped cream and jam. My version adds juicy and succulent strawberries on top. Just perfect for summer parties but it goes FAST!
